Custom Order Designs Due to fluctuating market prices, quotes are valid for 5 business days only. Custom orders are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be cancelled. Diasun Fine Jewelry retains the full, unrestricted rights to all jewelry designs, whether custom or standard, and may choose to market or sell jewelry based on such designs. Diasun Fine Jewelry does not set gemstones from outside sources.

Credit Card Orders We are able to process approval of your credit card within 24 hours, which expedites the transfer of funds and minimizes the delay of shipment. We obtain credit card authorization from the card-issuing bank and employ other verification techniques before completing any transaction. We will not store your credit card or payment information after your transaction with Diasun Fine Jewelry is completed.
