Once an order has been submitted online, by telephone, or by fax, you will need to contact a sales associate or customer support to determine whether your order can be changed or cancelled. All in-stock items purchased from a sales-rep/in-store are eligible for an exchange. Custom/ special orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Defective, damaged in transit items can be replaced/exchanged with another item of request, subject to availability. We insure all our items before shipping, whereas any item returned by the customer has to be insured by them.

For our company designs it takes about 10-15 business days. For a custom design it takes about 15-25 business days normally, but also varies accordingly to complication of the design.
All our products are insured prior to being shipped and double packed for greater security.
